Cloudy, and 37 °F | Tomorrow: Green Day

“Let’s Grow Kids” activities for ages 0-4 years.

On Monday, April 13th, from 9:45-10:45am, families are invited to bring their young children, ages 0-4 years, to the Winooski School District’s Learning Commons to celebrate “Week of the Young Child”, a series of fun, interactive learning activities throughout the state of Vermont to support the Let’s Grown Kids campaign.

Join our school Librarian, Wellness Coordinator and some of the Kindergarten teachers in finger plays, breathing exercises and activities designed to help your child learn important skills at a young age and offer suggestions for activities that parents can do at home to help their young child grow.

More information about this event can be found in this flyer: WSD Let’s Grow Kids.

Let’s Grow Kids is a statewide public education campaign to raise understanding of the importance of the earliest years in the lives of Vermont’s children. Funded by a collaboration of private foundations, Let’s Grow Kids is working with Vermont communities, organizations, businesses and individuals to create positive lasting change that will allow all of our children to succeed in life.
